Sumibiyaki is a traditional style of Japanese cooking that translates to ‘charcoal fire burning’. Authentic Japanese Sumibiyaki restaurants will offer skewered meats, seafood and vegetables grilled over extra hot charcoals.  

Our signature Akaiito Omakase, combines the best of Sumibiyaki cooking with high-end traditional nigiri and sashimi. Be seated at the Show Kitchen counter and leave it to our talented Omakase Chefs to get creative and deliver an impressive 10-12 course degustation using only the finest daily ingredients.
